What is a Case Study?
A Case Study is a guided video review of your products or services for your customer. Simply send an email requesting your customer’s response to 3 questions you provide. BBB Videos will give the customer 30 seconds to record an answer to each question. Once all questions are answered the BBB Videos’ program will combine all three answers to produce one video sequence.
